About Me
My name is Deb Barndon and I am a qualified coach with over 20 years experience in the public and private sector – in leadership development, operational management, workplace culture & engagement and creating thriving teams. I also have an absolute passion for coaching and personal growth, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology, mindfulness, women’s mentoring and advocacy. And I have lived-experience as a female leader in heavily male orientated industries, a busy mother and someone who has navigated many of life’s ups and downs.
